Hi,
I just saw this. I wanted to thank you for blogging about us.

We have really changed how we think about our business in the last five years. We no longer think of it as:
advertise–> get leads –> turn leads into sales

We now think of it as:
take existing leads –> turn leads into sales –> turn sales into ads

This is a perfect example of this! We also wanted to let you know we’ve also started a project to invest in local communities:

Every time you refer us we will give $50 to your favorite charity/community organization. The reason we are doing this is because referrals are our cheapest form of advertising and we’d rather give to your child’s school, your religious organization or your favorite non-profit than pay for “advertising”.

(And, I have to say, this is the best explanation of pros/cons of the hybrid tankless vs. tankless i’ve seen out there. )
